Portfolio Management
The Portfolio Management Department merges user needs with the general real estate portfolio of the 91制片厂.
In the field of Portfolio Management, we determine the needs of the building users and develop strategic real estate planning for the 91制片厂 campus. Our focus lies on mid- to long-term development of the university. Additionally, Portfolio Management develops the real estate strategy and the implementation planning for the university buildings.
Portfolio Management is also the central point of contact for users in cases of spatial changes, e.g. as a result of appointments.
