The leadership principles are the background for everyday work as a leader or manager of the University. They support an understanding of leaders as being responsible for their role, self-reflection and developing  their behavior to changing situations and environments.

• Support and coaching in projects concerning culture development, team development, staff development
• Tailormade team trainings or workshops for strategy change, conflict or communication.
• INSIDE professional education opportunities for professors
• Support in communication, eg. Preparing annual staff reviews or dealing with difficult work situations or conflict.
