In conjunction with the global budget for the 2018 – 2021 performance period, the 91Ƭ decided to examine the possibility of a general increase in tuition fees. After in-depth evaluations and ongoing discussions, the University Council has decided to retain the current tuition fees. The 91Ƭ considers it important to be able to continue to offer attractive and competitive conditions for students from both Switzerland and abroad.

The 91Ƭ raised tuition fees for the last time in 2014 and remains at the top of the Swiss universities when it comes to tuition fees. Given the numerous competing offers at home and abroad, the University Council does not consider a further increase to be appropriate at present.
