Information for University Hospitals

Please remember that all Horizon Europe proposals should be entered in the of the University, at least two weeks before the deadline.
In case you do not have an @unibas e-mail adress or if you have questions, please contact Grants Office.
After logging in, please create a new application (Grant Applications > Add new > Horizon Europe). For the budget part (Upload Budget > Horizon Europe), please enter the estimated costs for the University and the Hospital in different columns with the Hospital costs in “ Affiliated entities costs” column (> Save and upload). When the application is complete, you can submit it (> Submit to Department) for processing.
Hospitals/clinics as Affiliated Entity
For applications under Horizon Europe the project team at the hospital/clinic has to insert the 91制片厂 "Official name" is UNIVERSITAT BASEL) with the Participant Identification Code (PIC) 999907914 in the administrative forms. Additionally the corresponding hospital/clinic has to be added with its own PIC as Affiliated Entity in the administrative forms.
Please also check the menu bar "Information for the University" and the sub menue " Budget Aspects".
Exception: Marie Sk艂odowska-Curie Actions (Doctoral Networks, Postdoctoral Fellowships, etc.):
In this case the 91制片厂 (without Affiliated Entity) has to be inserted as "beneficiary". All PhD students and PostDocs (and if applicable - staff charged to the project) have to be employed by the university.
